Order Cancellation Eligibility

• Before Shipment: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
• After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not allowed. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Return & Exchange Policy.
• Custom & Personalized Orders: Orders for engraved, custom-made, or personalized jewellery cannot be cancelled once production has started.

How to Request a Cancellation

2. Approval & Refund Processing: If eligible, we will cancel your order and process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refund Policy for Cancellations

• Pre-Shipment Cancellations: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame.
• Late Cancellation Requests: If the cancellation request is made after 24 hours, it will be processed only if the item has not entered the shipping phase.
• Custom Orders: Non-refundable once production has begun.

• GrownńDiva reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or fraudulent transactions. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
