At GrownńDiva, we strive to ensure that you love your jewellery purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable) intact.
• Custom-made, personalized, engraved, or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Items that show signs of wear and tear, damage, or alteration by a third party are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

2. Approval & Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a secure pickup from your address or provide return shipping instructions.
3. Quality Check: After receiving the product, our quality control team will inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, we will process the refund.
4. Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, design, or product, you must return the original item first and place a new order.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.
• If the new item is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, the balance will be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or engraved jewellery
• Gift cards and promotional items
• Products purchased under clearance sales or special discounts (unless defective)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.

Important Notes

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
