At GrownńDiva, we understand that finding the perfect ring size can be challenging. To ensure a comfortable fit, we offer a hassle-free ring resizing service. Please read our resizing policy carefully before requesting a size adjustment.

Eligibility for Free Resizing

• One-time free resizing is available within 7 days of delivery.
• The ring must be in its original condition, without any visible damage, engraving, or modifications.
• Only rings within our resizable design range are eligible (some intricate or stone-studded designs may not be resizable).
• We provide complimentary insured return shipping, including free pickup and delivery.
  

Resizing Process

1. Request Resizing: Contact us at info@grownndiva.com or call +91-9892918995 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Resizing & Quality Check: Our expert craftsmen will adjust the ring size and conduct a quality check to ensure durability.
3. Return Shipping: The resized ring will be shipped back to you within 7-10 business days after resizing is completed.

Resizing Charges

• Beyond the 7-day free resizing period, a resizing fee will apply based on the complexity of the adjustment.
• If the size increase requires additional metal, extra charges will be applicable.
• Return shipping for paid resizing services will be chargeable.

Alternative Solutions

If resizing is not possible for a specific ring design, we will offer alternative solutions such as:

• An exchange option for a different size (if available).
• A store credit that can be used for future purchases.

Important Notes

• Rings that have been resized by any third party other than GrownńDiva will not be covered under our resizing or warranty policy.
• We recommend getting your ring size measured professionally before placing an order to avoid resizing.
